Tipplr connects users with local restaurants and cloud kitchens for food delivery. We act as an intermediary to facilitate orders and deliveries.

3. User Responsibilities
  • Account Accuracy: Ensure that all account information is accurate and up-to-date. 
  • Compliance: Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 
  • Prohibited Activities: Do not engage in activities that are harmful, fraudulent, or violate the rights of others. 
4. Orders and Payments
  • Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed upon acceptance by the restaurant. 
  • Payment: Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Tipplr is not responsible for payment gateway issues. 
  • Pricing: Prices are set by the restaurants and may vary. Tipplr is not responsible for price discrepancies. 
5. Cancellations and Refunds
  • User-Initiated Cancellations: Once an order is placed and accepted, cancellations may not be possible. 
  • Restaurant-Initiated Cancellations: If a restaurant cancels an order, users will receive a full refund. 
  • Refund Process: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days. 
6. Delivery
  • Timelines: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. 
  • Responsibility: Tipplr is not liable for delays caused by restaurants, delivery partners, or external factors. 
7. Limitation of Liability

Tipplr is not responsible for: 

  • Food quality or safety. 
  • Delays or failures in delivery. 
  • Unauthorized access to user data beyond our control. 
8. Changes to Terms

Tipplr reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
