  • Professional Conduct: Maintain courteous behaviour with customers and restaurant staff.

3. Earnings and Payments
  • Compensation: Based on deliveries completed, with potential incentives. 
  • Payment Schedule: Payments are processed weekly. 
4. Conduct and Termination
  • Code of Conduct: Any misconduct may lead to suspension or termination. 
  • Termination: Tipplr reserves the right to terminate partnerships for violations of terms. 
Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations
  • Before Acceptance: Orders can be cancelled without penalty. 
  • After Acceptance: Cancellations may not be possible; if allowed, a cancellation fee may apply. 
2. Refunds

Refunds are applicable in cases such as: 

  • Order not delivered. 
  • Incorrect or missing items. 
  • Food safety concerns. 

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Delivery Partner Conduct

Delivery partners must:

  • Report any incidents immediately. 
3. Reporting Issues

Any misconduct or safety concerns can be reported through our support channels. Tipplr will investigate and take appropriate action.
